《云上的小店2》是一档以乡村振兴为主题的互动体验类节目。该节目以小店为切口，以招募00后返乡青年为主，通过创业、开拓经营版图、共创文化艺术社区、发起创意主题市集等方式，推动平江乡村产业升级和人才培养，全面开启乡村振兴2.0新世代。在第一季节目中，一首歌曲《云上小河》回荡在结尾处，让许多观众感动落泪。然而，也有些人担心节目的结束会给小河乡的振兴带来影响。经过11个月的时间，事实证明，该节目真正为小河乡播下了希望的种子。

与第一季节目不同的是，第二季节目择址湖南省岳阳市平江县伍市镇，与浏阳市小河乡不同，这里已经打造出四大特色产业以及一个以休闲食品为主导、新材料产业为特色的高新技术产业园。新一季“云上的小店”告别以往服务式便利店的模式，以“乡村集成店”的形式打造新农村的实践基地，打通城市与农村的新链接。

可以预见的是，本季节目将通过云上的小店来回应小镇青年文化需求，同时也将带领观众感受更多乡村振兴的细节。《云上的小店2》用电影的形式向我们展示了一幅美丽的农村图景，鼓励更多的年轻人回到农村创业，为乡村振兴做出贡献。
